Getting started is a breeze by simply connecting the xTiles Slideboard Puhsers onto one, two or three individual xTiles. This allows you to choose the training width that suits your specific training needs. The xTiles Slideboard Bumpers are constructed with premium wood end-stops that are ergonomically angled to provide you with a premium slideboard experience. Slideboard training allows players to work on their overall fitness, and mimics a skating motion in order to work the specific leg muscles utilized in skating. Unpack your xTiles SlideBoard onto a smooth rigid flooring area. Arrange the rounded edges up and simply snap them in place by utilizing a rubber mallet or your running shoes. Once connected and set up, simply put on your training shoes and slip the xSlideBoard Booties over your shoes. Now you're ready to take your training to the next level through a superior training experience!
