Please note that delivery is based on eligible, in-stock products shipping from our St. Catharines, ON (Toronto area) warehouse.

Below is a guide from FedEx which illustrates their typical shipping times for orders placed in CANADA. 

The majority of orders placed on xHockeyProducts.ca ship within 1-2 business days from our St. Catharines, ON (Toronto area) location. Shipping typically takes 2-6 business days (not guaranteed) via ground service, depending on where you are located. Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation shipping tracking number within one to two business days which will provide a link to track your package online.

The shipping method you choose along with the size and weight of your order will dictate the costs for delivery. Our goal is to consolidate items when shipping, but there are times when certain components may ship from other locations or direct (drop ship) from a manufacturer due to product availability, etc. Rest assured that additional shipping charges above what you already paid are not applied in these instances. Note, timelines may vary from the FedEx guide (above) when items ship directly from our manufacturing partners.

Our default shipping carriers are FedEx and Canada Post, however we will substitute with carriers such as Purolator, UPS, Canpar, etc. for many orders. Especially if they have good service to your area or cater to the size of parcel being shipped.

To keep your shipping costs as low as possible, all orders ship without the requirement of a Signature Upon Delivery. If you require a Signature Upon Delivery to ensure your order is delivered in person and signed for by you, please note this in your order comments as additional charges will be required for this service.

XHP TIP: For the FASTEST DELIVERY possible, have your order shipped to a business address. Orders shipped to a business address are PRIORITIZED by most shipping companies.

Free Shipping

Simply look for the free shipping icon to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order qualify for 'Free Shipping', then your items ship FREE! Please note: surcharges based on your Postal Code Zone classification may apply due to distance, dimension or weight (these charges will display when you enter your province and postal code and select Get Shipping Quote).  We apologize, but Newfoundland/Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon do not qualify for free shipping.
