Orders & Pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping, duties or taxes unless stated. We may correct pricing or availability errors at any time before an order ships, and we will contact you before charging you if anything changes.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we confirm the order or ship it, whichever comes first.

Quoted & Built-to-Order Products

Rink dividers, dasherboards, dressing rooms, flooring and other built-to-order products are quoted individually. A signed quote and any required deposit must be received before fabrication begins.

Lead times we quote are estimates measured from the date the order is released to production, not from the date of the quote.

Cancellations & Changes

• Stock items may be cancelled any time before they ship
• Custom and built-to-order items cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started, because they are made to your specification
• Deposits on custom work are non-refundable once materials have been committed

Delivery & Freight

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. Freight quotes assume standard delivery to a commercially accessible address.

Additional charges may apply for liftgate service, residential delivery, limited-access sites, delivery appointments or storage. Full detail is on our Shipping page.

Inspection & Damage

Inspect every shipment before you sign for it. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and tell us within five business days so we can file a carrier claim on your behalf.

Site Conditions

Where we quote installation, the quote assumes the site is ready and accessible on the agreed date, with power, clear access and a level surface as applicable.

Delays or conditions outside our control may result in additional charges or a rescheduled date.

Coverage & Exclusions

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as described in our Built for Players^™ Warranty.

Normal wear, misuse, improper installation by others, and modification are not covered.

Limitation

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or lost revenue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
